Prime

Foundation + Strength, Beginner-friendly

Build your foundation with breath, alignment and rock-solid form at the core. Based on traditional Pilates repertoires, this class is designed for beginners or anyone wanting a technique refresh. Expect a supportive environment, steady progress—and yes, that signature reformer burn with just the right amount of fun and challenge.

Momentum

Dynamism + Alignment, Mixed-level

A dynamic, full-body reformer flow designed to build heat, boost energy, and keep you moving with purpose. Expect smooth transitions, a steady burn, and options to dial the intensity up or down. It’s challenging, energising, and never boring.
New to reformer? We recommend taking at least one Prime class first to build familiarity and confidence.

Power

Intensity + Transformation, Intermediate level

High energy, high intensity. This class is for intermediate to advanced reformer lovers ready to push further. Expect seamless flows, stronger springs, longer holds, and advanced variations—plus added resistance like dumbbells or props for an extra challenge. Power builds deep strength, stamina, and serious post-class buzz.

Reformer Pilates

Stretch 

Flexibity + Mobility, All levels

More than just a stretch—this class blends flexibility training with focused mobility work to improve range of motion, release tension, and support better movement patterns. Expect guided exercises that challenge gently, enhance posture, and leave you feeling open, aligned, and more in control of your body.

Mums & Buds

6-week postnatal course 

Babies welcome, stress checked at the door. This twice-a-week postnatal reformer course rebuilds your powerhouse - core, pelvic floor, inner thighs, glutes - and restores posture after pregnancy. Please obtain medical clearance before returning to exercise; for safety in our reformer setting, babies must be pre-crawling, and our team will be on hand throughout each class to provide extra support.

Whether you're working towards specific goals, rejuvenating your mind and body, or seeking expert tips to enhance your class experience, our expert instructors provide tailored guidance to maximise your results. 

 

Each session is designed to suit your needs, ensuring you achieve your goals with personalised support. 

 

Please note our sessions are not appropriate for injury rehab and are formatted according to our usual class formats. Book individually or as a duet.
