Prime

Prime is our foundational Reformer Pilates class—perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their technique. Rooted in traditional Pilates principles and repertoire, each session is thoughtfully layered to be accessible yet challenging. Expect a full-body workout that builds core strength, improves posture, and deepens your understanding of movement.

Momentum

Momentum is a dynamic, flowing class designed for all levels. With layered progressions to suit every body, it builds strength, flexibility, and control through continuous movement. This class captures the heart of our practice—offering challenge with precision, while guiding you toward deeper alignment, resilience, and whole-body vitality.

Power

Pexy Power is our signature high-intensity format designed for experienced Reformer Pilates enthusiasts ready to push their limits and experience significant results rapidly. Expect powerful strength exercises that target and tone your muscles, ensuring you'll feel the burn exactly where you want it. We suggest completing several Prime classes before advancing to Power.

Reformer Pilates

Stretch

A gentle, feel-good class focused on improving flexibility, releasing tension, and enhancing posture. Through guided stretches and mindful alignment work, you'll leave feeling more open, balanced, and upright. Suitable for all levels.

Mother and baby exercising

Mums & Buds

Babies welcome, stress checked at the door. This twice-a-week postnatal reformer course rebuilds your powerhouse - core, pelvic floor, inner thighs, glutes - and restores posture after pregnancy. Please obtain medical clearance before returning to exercise; for safety in our reformer setting, babies must be pre-crawling, and our team will be on hand throughout each class to provide extra support.
