Mums & Bubs
Join our 6-week Postnatal Reformer Pilates Course, specially designed for new mums looking to rebuild strength, improve posture, and reconnect with their bodies after birth — all in a supportive, baby-friendly environment. This is a parent-and-baby class held in our large, bright, and airy studio, with plenty of sofa space available for feeding and baby cuddles. Each 50-minute session focuses on safe, targeted exercises led by a certified postnatal specialist, followed by 30 minutes to relax and enjoy a cup of tea and a biscuit while connecting with other mums. To help you make the most of each session, we’ll also have extra staff on hand to support with babies throughout the class.
Course Details & What to Expect
Our next course runs twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00 AM, starting 30 June 2025, for a total of 12 sessions. Mats are provided, and we have a limited number of baby bouncers available — please bring your own blankets, toys, and a sling if needed. The studio is located up a flight of stairs with no lift access, so we recommend bringing a compact buggy (e.g. YOYO) or using a baby carrier.
Please note: babies must be pre-crawling, and places are limited, non-refundable, and non-transferable, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
