Maya

Maya is the founder of Pexy Studio and a STOTT trained reformer instructor specialising in pre/postnatal care. During her own pregnancy, she felt how vulnerable this stage can be, which led her to earn pre/postnatal certification so she could make the journey safer and more comfortable for mums alike. In her 1:1 prenatal sessions, she tailors every move to your trimester, focusing on pelvic floor, deep core and breath to keep you active and comfortable. She meets you where you are each day, adapting for back, hip or pelvic pain, easing tension and improving posture, while building confident, birth ready strength. Calm, supportive and personalised: gentle when needed, appropriately challenging when helpful, and always safe.

Merve

With a background in women’s health and years of experience supporting mums through safe, effective movement, Merve brings deep knowledge, care, and calm energy to every class. She’ll be leading our upcoming Mums & Bubs postpartum Reformer Pilates course – designed to help new mums safely rebuild strength, improve posture, and connect with others.
