Maya (Founder)
After years of teaching Pilates part-time in the UK, Singapore and China, Maya opened Pexy Studio in Kingston in summer 2025 — just as she welcomed her first baby—mastering the art of juggling motherhood, entrepreneurship and teaching all at once. Having never clicked with other workouts until discovering Pilates, she fell in love with the sense of control, awareness and mind-body connection it cultivates. Her sessions are intentionally challenging yet deeply supportive, guiding clients to sharpen body awareness, move with precision and tap into hidden potential. Motivated by her own pregnancy journey, Maya now focuses on supporting women through every life stage, from early motherhood to menopause and healthy ageing, cultivating a space where strength, confidence and a lasting mind-body connection can truly thrive.
